Section 765.29 - Witness in Criminal Case; Necessity of Giving Bail for Appearance.

Sec. 29.
A witness in a criminal case need not give bail for his or her appearance as a witness unless required to do so by the order of a judge of a court of record as provided in section 35 of chapter 7.
