Act 158 of 1966 - Law Enforcement (752.11 - 752.12)
Section 752.12 - Penalty.

Sec. 2.
Any person convicted of violating this act shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000.00 or imprisonment for not more than 1 year, or both.
