Sec. 10.
In case of a vacancy occurring in the office of county public administrator in and for any county from any cause, the state public administrator may fill such vacancy forthwith and thereupon notify the probate court of the county in which such vacancy occurred of the fact of such vacancy and the name of the county public administrator so appointed to fill such vacancy.
