Section 550.1618 - Compliance With New Procedures, Benefits, or Contracts.

Sec. 618.
Whenever any section of this act requires a health care corporation to implement any new procedure, provide any new benefit, or enter into any new contract, the commissioner shall give the health care corporation a reasonable time to comply with the requirements.
