Act 74 of 1970 - Corner Recordation Act (54.201 - 54.210d)
Section 54.204 - Corner Record; Completion and Filing of Land Corner Recordation Certificate.

Sec. 4.
If sections 3, 3a, and 3b do not apply, a surveyor who monuments or uses a corner may complete, sign, seal, and file with the register of deeds of the county where the corner is situated a land corner recordation certificate for the corner.
