Act 35 of 1895 - Royal and Select Masters (457.251 - 457.253)
Section 457.252 - Officers; Board of Directors.

Sec. 2.
The officers of said corporation shall be the grand master, deputy grand master and grand recorder for the time being, and they shall constitute the board of directors of said corporation for the transaction of all business authorized by this act.
