Act 358 of 1972 - Billing for Clinical Laboratory Services (445.161 - 445.163)
Section 445.163 - Violation; Penalty.

Sec. 3.
A person who is in violation of section 1 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 1 year or a fine of not more than $500.00 or both.
