Sec. 4.
Any person who shall knowingly do any act or thing declared unlawful in any of the sections of this act, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 200 dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding 1 year, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court, and upon a second conviction, for a like misdemeanor, he shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 500 dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding 1 year and the court may enforce the payment of any fine imposed under the provisions of this act, by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding 1 year.
