Sec. 11.
The office, in consultation with, and with the approval of, the commission, shall promulgate rules pursuant to Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended, being sections 24.201 to 24.315 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, for the implementation and administration of this act. A draft of the proposed rules to implement this act shall be submitted to public hearing no later than 30 days following the effective date of this act.
