Act 251 of 1972 - Reciprocal Exchange of Educational Services (390.501 - 390.506)
Section 390.504 - Approval of Reciprocal Agreements; Validity.

Sec. 4.
A reciprocal agreement, or a renewal or extension of a reciprocal agreement, entered into by the department of labor and economic growth is not valid until approved by the appropriations committees of the house of representatives and the senate.
