Act 258 of 2000 - Career and Technical Preparation Act (388.1901 - 388.1913)
Section 388.1910 - Enrollment Information.

Sec. 10.
By March 1 of each school year thereafter, a school district or state approved nonpublic school shall provide general information about the career and technical preparation enrollment options under this act to all pupils in grade 8 or higher.
