Act 68 of 1976 - Interstate Agreement on Qualification of Educational Personnel (388.1371 - 388.1373)
Section 388.1372 - Superintendent of Public Instruction as “Designated State Official”; Contracts Generally.

Sec. 2.
The "designated state official" for this state shall be the superintendent of public instruction. He shall enter into contracts pursuant to article 3 of the agreement only with the approval of the state board of education.
