Act 297 of 1965 - Sale of Medical or Dental Practice (338.31 - 338.32)
Section 338.32 - Violation of Act; Misdemeanor.

Sec. 2.
Any person violating any provisions of this act shall be deemed to be guilty of a misdemeanor.
