Sec. 7511.
(1) The circuit court of a county having jurisdiction over an alleged violator of this article has jurisdiction to restrain or enjoin a violation of this article.
(2) The defendant may demand a trial by jury for an alleged violation of an injunction or restraining order issued under this section.
