Section 333.21420 - Exemption of Hospices From License Fees and Certificate of Need Fees; Period.

Sec. 21420.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this act, all hospices shall be exempt from license fees and certificate of need fees for 3 years after the first hospice is licensed under this article.
