Sec. 14304.
The department shall assure that relevant information received under section 313 of subtitle B of the emergency planning and community right-to-know act of 1986, title III of the superfund amendments and reauthorization act of 1986, Public Law 99-499, 42 U.S.C. 11023, is transmitted to the department.
