Sec. 51.
The said commissioner shall, on or before the third Monday in March in each year, transmit to the treasurer of each county in which any of the lands mentioned in this chapter may have been sold during the year then next preceding, a description of each parcel of the lands so sold in such county, and the names of the purchasers, distinguishing university and school lands from others.
