Act 283 of 1964 - Weights and Measures Act (290.601 - 290.635)
Section 290.632 - Temporary Restraining Order; Preliminary or Permanent Injunction.

Sec. 32.
The director is authorized to apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for a temporary restraining order or a preliminary or permanent injunction restraining any person from violating any provisions of this act or from conducting any commercial transaction that requires the use of a commercial weight or measure.
