Act 280 of 1996 - Maple Syrup (289.531 - 289.534)
Section 289.533 - Violation as Misdemeanor; Penalty.

Sec. 3.
A person who violates this act is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, a fine of not more than $100.00, or both.
