Act 148 of 2015 - Uniform Forfeiture Reporting Act (28.111 - 28.117)
Section 28.113 - Agencies Not Engaging in Forfeiture; Null Report.

Sec. 3.
A null report shall be filed under this act by a reporting agency that did not engage in any forfeitures during the reporting period.
