Section 257.816 - Acceptance of Credit Cards for Payment of Tax or Fee.

Sec. 816.
The secretary of state may accept a credit card, in lieu of cash or check, as payment of a tax or fee required under this act. The secretary of state shall determine which major credit cards may be accepted for payment.
