Sec. 5.
Junkyards referred to in section 4 shall be screened, if feasible, by the state highway department at locations on the highway right of way or in areas acquired for screening purposes outside the right of way so as not to be visible from the main-traveled way of the highways. The state highway department may acquire such land, or interests in land, necessary to provide adequate screening of junkyards.
