Sec. 14b.
As used in this act, "absent voter ballot secrecy envelope container" means a container described in section 24k that is used for storing and securing absent voter ballot secrecy envelopes that are removed from the absent voter ballot return envelopes on the Sunday and Monday before election day as provided in section 765.
