Section 9. Nothing in this chapter shall supersede the obligations of entities subject to this chapter to comply with applicable insurance laws insofar as those laws do not conflict with this chapter, except that laws and regulations intended to apply to Medicare supplement insurance policies governed by chapter 176K of the General Laws shall not apply to long-term care insurance.
