Section 9. If the court determines that the inquest relates to an accidental death upon a conveyance regulated by the department of telecommunications and energy, the court shall cause a transcript of the inquest proceedings, after review and written approval by the court, and the bill for such transcript, to be forwarded to said department within thirty days after the closing of the inquest proceedings, and, when made, a copy of the court's report on the inquest.
