Section 10. All accounts of the state universities and community colleges under the direction of the trustees including the accounts of all property or funds received, held or disbursed under any provision of section fourteen and all accounts of any person doing business as a bookstore on property of a state university or community college shall be audited by the state auditor, in accordance with generally accepted government auditing standards, as often as the state auditor determines is necessary.
