(a) It is not a defense to a crime under § 8-206, § 8-207, or § 8-209 of this subtitle involving money, goods, services, and other things of value with a value not exceeding $100 that the value of the money, goods, services, and other things of value at issue is more than $100.
(b) Unless specifically charged by the State, a violation of § 8-206, § 8-207, or § 8-209 of this subtitle involving money, goods, services, and other things of value with a value not exceeding $100, may not be considered a lesser included crime of any other crime.
