    Section 8-1903 - Purpose

    The purpose of the Chesapeake Bay Trust is declared to be of general benefit to the citizens and charitable in nature. The Trust shall be a body corporate and shall have perpetual existence, subject to modification or termination by the General Assembly if necessary to effectuate its purpose or when and if its substantial purpose ceases.
