Maryland Statutes Part II - State Purchase of Supplies Section 4-314 - Estimates of Amount or Quality
At time intervals set by the Secretary, each unit that procures supplies under Division II of this article shall send to the Secretary estimates of the amount and quality of any needed supplies.
