Subtitle 17 - Transfer of Licenses; Substitution of Names on License
Section 33-1705 - Fee

In addition to the costs of publication, notice, and any hearing fees required, the fee for a transfer of a license is the greater of:
        (1)    $50; or
        (2)    25% of the annual fee for the license.
