Maryland Statutes Subtitle 7 - Expiration of State Licenses Section 3-704 - Postponement to Avoid Hardship
(a) The Comptroller may postpone the expiration of a license that the Comptroller issues for an additional period to avoid hardship.
(b) The additional period may not exceed 20 days.
