Maryland Statutes Subtitle 4 - Registered Nurses Personally Preparing and Dispensing Drugs and Devices in Local Health Departments Section 3-402 - Compliance Required
A registered nurse shall comply with:
(1) The formulary developed and approved under § 3–403(b) of this subtitle; and
(2) The requirements of § 8–512 of the Health Occupations Article.
