Subtitle 11 - Additional License Privileges
Section 22-1102 - Refillable Container Permit -- Draft Beer

(a)    The Board may issue a refillable container permit for draft beer to a holder of:
        (1)    a Class A–1 license;
        (2)    a Class A–2 license;
        (3)    a Class B license that has off–sale privileges; or
        (4)    a Class D license.
    (b)    The annual permit fee is $50.
