Maryland Statutes Subtitle 21 - James Proctor Scholarship Program Section 18-2106 - Funding
(a) The Governor may include in the State budget an appropriation for scholarships under the Program.
(b) The funds appropriated under subsection (a) of this section shall be divided and distributed equally to each HBCU.
