An applicant for a wholesale farm machinery dealer’s license shall pay to the clerk a license fee of:
(1) $50 for a business in a municipal corporation with a population of not more than 10,000;
(2) $100 for a business in a municipal corporation with a population of 10,001 to 50,000; or
(3) $200 for a business in a municipal corporation with a population of more than 50,000.
