Section 17-449 - Definitions

(a)    In this part the following words have the meanings indicated.
    (b)    “Amusement device” means:
        (1)    a free–play console machine;
        (2)    a free–play pinball machine; and
        (3)    a coin–operated game.
    (c)    “Coin–operated game” means a device for public amusement, the operation of which requires the insertion of a coin or token, with the result of the operation depending on the skill of the operator, including:
        (1)    a claw machine;
        (2)    a shuffleboard;
        (3)    a mechanical bowling game;
        (4)    a single–coin pinball machine; and
        (5)    any other similar device.
