Subtitle 6 - Prescription Drug Repository Program
Section 15-606 - Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to receive donated prescription drugs or medical supplies, an individual shall:
        (1)    Be a resident of the State; and
        (2)    Be a needy patient, as indicated by the individual’s health care practitioner.
