Subtitle 7 - Reorganizations
Section 10-701 - Scope of Subtitle

This subtitle applies if the General Assembly:
        (1)    abolishes a unit of the State government; or
        (2)    transfers, wholly or partly, a function or authority of the unit to a successor.
