Maryland Statutes Subtitle 3 - Miscellaneous Provisions Section 10-301 - Fixed Charge by Zone
If a taxicab for which a permit is not required charges on the basis of a fixed charge made by zone, the extent of the zone shall be conspicuously expressed in mileage in the schedule required under ยง 10-210 of this title.
