Subtitle 12 - Advisory Commission on Maryland Wine and Grape Growing
Section 10-1205 - Meetings; Reimbursement of Expenses; Support Staff

(a)    A majority of the members then serving on the Commission is a quorum.
    (b)    The Commission shall determine the times and places of its regular and special meetings.
    (c)    The chairman of the Commission:
        (1)    May call a special meeting at any time; and
        (2)    Shall call a special meeting when requested by 2 or more members of the Commission.
    (d)    A member of the Commission:
        (1)    May not receive compensation; but
        (2)    Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
    (e)    The Department shall provide staff services and support for the Commission.
