§90-P. Special advocate; appointment and qualifications
The Secretary of State shall appoint a special advocate to carry out the purposes of this subchapter. The special advocate shall serve at the pleasure of the Secretary of State.   [PL 2011, c. 304, Pt. D, §2 (NEW).]
