§119. Five-year review
Commencing with a review in 1985, the commission shall review the laws governing Public Utilities Commission operations and areas of jurisdiction every 5 years. Upon the review, the commission shall submit to the joint standing committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction over utilities legislation to remove any outdated provisions. [PL 1987, c. 141, Pt.
