30-A §6102. Purpose

§6102. Purpose
The purpose of establishing the board is to enable municipalities that have fallen into financial difficulties to receive assistance from the State and to be reestablished on a sound financial basis and to assure the State of the collection of the taxes due from those municipalities to the State.   [PL 1987, c. 737, Pt.
