§3262. Failure to elect; function of municipal officers
If any municipality fails to appoint a board of conservation commissioners, the municipal officers shall have and exercise all the powers and duties of the commissioners, except as provided in sections 3263 and 3264 and subchapter IV.   [PL 1987, c. 737, Pt.
