§2106. Recording
Within 3 days after the results of the election have been declared, the municipal clerk shall prepare and sign 3 identical certificates setting forth any charter that has been adopted or revised and any charter modification or amendment approved. 1.  Secretary of State.  The office of the Secretary of State, to be recorded;
