§1603. Contracts subject to cancellation or suspension
Except for contracts made under section 1602, any contract for the employment of prisoners made by the county commissioners with any person, firm or corporation, shall be made subject to the right of the county commissioners to withdraw, cancel or suspend the contract in whole or in part.
