§2359. Prima facie evidence
For the purposes of this Title, weights as indicated by a stationary or portable scale approved by the Department of Transportation and tested within 12 calendar months prior to the time of use by a person and method approved by the Department of Transportation are considered accurate.   [PL 2013, c. 588, Pt.
