§507. Entry into cannabis establishment by persons under 21 years of age prohibited
A person under 21 years of age may not enter the licensed premises of a cannabis establishment. A licensee shall ensure that persons under 21 years of age do not enter its licensed premises, except that a cannabis store licensee may use a controlled, indoor entry area, in accordance with section 504, subsection 4‑A, in a cannabis store to verify the identification and age of persons before allowing entry into the sales area of the cannabis store.
