§703. Employment of violators prohibited
A licensee may not employ as a manager or leave in charge of the licensed premises any person who, by reason of conviction of violation of any liquor laws within the last 5 years or because of a revocation of that person's license for sale of liquor within the last 5 years, is not eligible for a liquor license.
