§6212. Discharge of subscriber prior to expiration of agreement
No agreement for continuing care shall permit dismissal or permanent discharge of the subscriber from the facility providing care prior to the expiration of the agreement without just cause for such a removal and without providing at least 60 days' advance notice in writing to the subscriber.   [PL 1987, c. 482, §1 (NEW).]
